What is a wool micron?
A Micron is a measurement used to describe the diameter of a wool fiber. The smaller the Micron measurement, the finer and softer the wool. The finest gauge wool comes from Australian sheep, our Australian Wool is considered Very Fine, meaning the fibers are smaller than 24 Microns in diameter. To give you an idea of how small that is, a human hair is on average around 100 Microns wide!

Super King Wool Blanket. This blanket it so soft and doesn’t weigh much. Yet it’s so warm. Just perfect as I don’t like weight on my legs. Absolutely love this blanket. Goes great with the Sienna Winter Quilt from Manchester Factory as well.
wanted a large wool blanket for our new kingsized bed, product was well priced, arrived quite quickly, and seems good quality. The nights are still too warm to warrant using it, but its big enough to tuck in, so should stop those cold winter draughts
The Sienna Living Australian Wool Blanket was an excellent purchase. We wanted a natural wool fibre blanket - not a synthetic fibre blnnket that would make us sweat. So much so, we bought one and then another one! They are warm and cosy, the silver colour matched our bedspread and the SuperKing size meant that they cover our king bed completely with a large overlap at the bottom and on both sides of the bed. They both arrived safely and quickly direct to our home.
